Pamela Siegel LPC
Pam is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in counseling psychology. She has over thirty years of clinical experience with the MCA Network. She works with 'tweens, teens, adults, couples and families presenting with a wide range of mental health issues. Pam's areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, relational trauma, parenting and co-parenting.
Pam developed and wrote the school-based bullying and prevention program Say It With Heart. Most recently, Pam has developed a therapeutic model which offers rapid insight into the origins of specific emotional imbalance as well as providing a clear map for achieving lasting emotional balance and growth.
Pam served on the Virginia Board of Health Professions from 2001-2005.
